Bio

Brad Sperber is a Senior Policy Director at Keystone Policy Center, providing expertise in collaborative decision-making — including facilitation, mediation, public and stakeholder engagement, and issue assessment — locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. Working out of Keystone’s Washington, D.C., office, he has more than 20 years of experience in designing and facilitating dialogue and research processes that assist public, civic, and private sector organizations in solving complex shared problems. His project experience spans public health and healthcare, education, agriculture, energy, and the environment.

Specific project work includes: facilitating development of clinical practice guidelines for responding to mass casualty incidents, conducting focus groups to inform statewide education policy and practice, facilitating development of a coalition to combat non-communicable diseases in Pacific Islands, developing of an online toolkit to guide health agencies in use of electronic health records, facilitating development of industry-wide standards for voluntary front-of-package nutrition labeling, and developing recommendations for public health agencies and their partners to prepare for and respond to high-cost infectious disease outbreaks.  He holds a B.A. from St. Olaf College and a M.Div. from Harvard University.
