Keystone is helping the Colorado Tourism Office prepare the next generation of leaders in the tourism industry through the Colorado Tourism Leadership Journey. The yearlong training program, which launched in 2017 and is gearing up to begin its second year.

The program, which Keystone helped develop and continues to facilitate, will work with a new class of Colorado tourism professionals to build their knowledge of Colorado, foster professional and personal growth, and ultimately strengthen the state’s tourism industry bench strength.

The Colorado Tourism Leadership Journey class of 2019 is launching in the next several months. It will include a curriculum focused on issues and ideas that Keystone works to foster across its projects and practice areas, including supporting collaborative leadership, facilitating problem solving, and developing creative-thinking skills.
