Alyssa Charney

Alyssa Charney is a senior director at the Keystone Policy Center, where she leads the Agricultural Technical Assistance Program. She brings over a decade of experience advancing agriculture and conservation policy and programs across federal agencies, Capitol Hill, and nonprofit organizations. Alyssa has led the development and implementation of national conservation initiatives and advised senior leaders at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the White House on working lands conservation policy and programs. Her work has spanned Farm Bill policy, federal investments in climate and water conservation, and technical assistance partnerships to support farmers and ranchers on the ground.

Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Agriculture, Food, and the Environment and a Master of Public Health from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Vassar College.
