 <title>Consultation to IUCN on Multistakeholder Consultations for the Ghana EU Voluntary Partnership Agreement Negotiation Process</title>
 <link>http://www.keystone.org/spp/environment/IUCN-on-Multistakeholder-Consultations</link>
 <description>&lt;p&gt;On behalf of IUCN, Keystone assisted in designing a multi-stakeholder process to support Ghana&amp;rsquo;s negotiations with the EU on a Voluntary Partnership Agreement on timber exports. The VPA process was approached by both the EU and the Government of Ghana as an interest-based negotiation. It was important to both parties that the negotiations address the underlying interests associated with establishing a system for defining and validating legal timber for export.&lt;/p&gt;
