The Keystone Center serves as the 3rd-party, neutral facilitator for biotechnology advisory panels, and regional and national forums that give stakeholders from the widest range of perspectives the opportunity to consider carefully the development and commercialization of biotechnology-based products.

| Monsanto Biotechnology Advisory Council (2001 - present) | |
| The Keystone Center facilitates Monsanto’s external advisory board on biotechnology. The advisory council members include a diverse group of public opinion leaders from around the world, providing strategic input to the Monsanto Corporation on biotechnology issues. The advisory council works directly with Monsanto’s CEO and senior management. | |
