Matthew is an associate with Keystone’s Science and Public Policy program, providing mediation, facilitation and project management services within Keystone’s environment, health, and energy practice areas.  Matthew works with diverse public, private and NGO stakeholder groups and has designed and facilitated stakeholder dialogues, public engagement processes, and strategic planning processes.  Since 2005 he has mediated civil cases in Montana, Wyoming and Colorado and is the President of the Center for Resolution in Jackson, Wyo. From 2008 to 2010 he worked on long-range planning for the Denver Water Department as a water resource planner.

Matthew holds a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University and bachelor’s degree in both marketing and management from the University of Montana.
