Ed Moreno is a facilitator/mediator with a diverse practice in public involvement, consensus, and communication. His dispute resolution practice includes the entire range of public policy, public and stakeholder involvement, negotiated rule-making, training, planning, and designing collaborative processes, as well as communication counseling, media relations, and publications. His subject areas include land, water and air, wildlife and other natural resources, health, tribal affairs, and education at all levels from neighborhood to national. Ed has extensive experience in state and local public policy as a journalist, senior aide to the elected New Mexico state land commissioner, executive in the private higher education field, and is president of the largest homeowners association in New Mexico. He received a bachelor’s degree in journalism and economics from the University of Northern Colorado.
