Helen joined The Keystone Center in December of 2003. In 2011, she was appointed to her current position of Human Resources Director, in which she assists the Chief Operating Officer in improving and maintaining operational procedures and organizational communication, as well as managing the organizations’ payroll and benefits systems.

Previously, Helen served as an Associate with the Keystone Center for Science and Public Policy, where she assisted in the development of Keystone’s sustainability programs and worked in CSPP’s environmental practice area. A native to Oregon, she relocated to Colorado in 2000. She has a B.S. in Rhetoric and Media Studies from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
