Tamara Moses

Tamara has been with The Keystone Center since 1991 and is responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of Human Resources, Benefits and Operations. Tamara received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Julie Rybak

Julie Rybak moved from Ohio in 1986 to Summit County. Her background is in the Hospitality Industry where she worked for Holiday Inn hotels for over 10 years. She has two teenage daughters and loves to ski, bike, hike and camp in the beautiful Colorado mountains. She has been with The Keystone Center since December of 2004.

Ruthann Schoeffield

Ruthann joined The Keystone Center in May, 2006. With 20 years of nonprofit experience, she has been involved in grassroots community organizing, financial resource development and nonprofit incorporation support. A native of Maryland, Ruthann graduated from the State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education and recently completed the Master of Nonprofit Management program at Regis University, graduating with honors in May, 2006. The highlight of her Regis experience was a trip to South Africa where she and her classmates participated in a service-oriented field experience collaborating with South African NGOs. She and her family reside in Buena Vista, Colorado and enjoy a life filled with outdoor activity and mountain vistas.

Amy Waldes

Amy joined The Keystone Center in November 2003 with a diverse financial background.  In her early career at Arthur Andersen (Denver) in the audit division, she specialized in governmental and non-profit accounting. Amy’s clients included the Vail Valley Foundation, Colorado Ski Country U.S.A., and the State of Wyoming.  She moved to Summit County in early 2002 where she joined Vail Resorts’ management department in the Corporate Accounting division.  While living in Summit County, she has held the Treasurer position on two homeowners’ association Boards, and during tax season offers filing services to the local community.  Amy received her dual B.S. in Accounting and International Business, and a minor degree in Spanish from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, and will begin her Masters program in 2007.  She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of Colorado, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). Aside from the riveting world of accounting, Amy’s interests lie in the numerous activities the mountains of Summit County have to offer, as well as spending time with her husband and new baby girl.
