Joel Egbert, Summer Camps and Outreach Director, Keystone Science School

Joel comes from the great state of Ohio. He now lives right here in Keystone with his dog, Oro. Joel studied mass communication and motivational speaking at Wright State University and paramedic science at Columbus State. This summer will be Joel's 10th year in the Camps Industry. In those 10 years Joel has worked with under-served youth and children in need. He has also worked with children with both chronic and terminal illnesses. Joel has been developing camps in Colorado for 4 years now and has taken Keystone Science School's summer programs from 150 campers to over 500.

“Every child deserves camp and Keystone Science School provides experiences that will impact not only the life of a child, but the world as well.” Joel’s interests are pirates, zombies, sharks, and of course camp.
