Elizabeth began working with students in 2003 as a backpacking trip leader in Colorado’s Rocky Mountain National Park, and has since led trips throughout northern Colorado and New Mexico. Elizabeth pursued her interests in environmental education at the Teton Science School in Jackson, Wyoming, where she worked as a field instructor and took courses in science and education. She earned her B.A. in Spanish and Environmental Studies from Colgate University, and completed a M.A. in Education and Curriculum from the University of Denver.
